Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
We are located in the Bartlett, TN area. To protect the privacy and safety of our families, we do not publish our exact location publicly. Details are provided to registered or inquiring families.
How much does it cost?
Membership is $130 per semester for the entire family. New members also pay a one-time $25 registration fee, which helps cover the cost of background checks. Some classes may have an additional class fee to cover materials.
What time and how often do you meet?
We meet on Tuesdays for 10 class days each semester. Our co-op day runs from 9:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., beginning with morning announcements at 9:45, followed by two one-hour classes.

After classes, families who wish to stay often gather at a nearby park for lunch and playtime. This is optional and a great opportunity to connect with other families.

In addition, we offer an optional field trip or group activity on the second Tuesday of each month, which is not included in the 10 class days.
Do parents have to be present?
Yes. We are a true cooperative, which means parents are expected to remain on-site and participate. This helps keep costs low and allows our co-op to function smoothly.
Do I have to teach?
Parents must be willing to teach, but that does not mean you will teach every semester. If you are not teaching, you will serve as a classroom helper and may be asked to assist with other minor roles.
Do I have to commit for the whole year?
No, you commit on a semester by semester basis.
What ages do you have classes for?
We offer classes for children from birth through high school. Families must have at least one school-age child (around 4–5 years old) to participate.
What else should families know before joining the co-op?
Additional details, including class guide, policies and procedures, and our yearly calendar can be found in the Resources section of our website.
